The POD Farm authorization disappears without having reinstalled the operating system.

Computer does not appear authorized in the License Manager but in the Line 6 account is still listed as authorized, but I can not deauthorize to re-authorize it again, since the license has disappeared from my PC (windows xp).

How I can deauthorize without losing one use license?
