I cant seem to get my computer to recognize my amp to do the firmware update.. HELP!! Spider Valve Mkii HD100

For some reason my line6 monley and my amp wont speak to each other. I have it hooked up using the FBV shortboard and they are communication fine. Cables are new.. Im at a loss!

So just to check, you're definitely using an SV MKII and an FBV shortboard MKII or express MKII, and the pedal is connected to the amp via the rj45/cat5 (network) cable, and the FBV to your PC using USB? Is that correct?

Do you also have the latest version on monkey?
