Pocket POD midi problems

Hello
I am new owner of pockedPOD, unfortunately Vyzex can’t "see" the midi ports. Enclosed screenshots during starting the program.
I reinstalled the program. Also follow the advice from the vyzeks troubleshooting I removed registry entries Driver Logitech.
Any advice?
