Problem with TBP12

Hi!

sorry for my bad english...

I have a problem with relay g50. I bought it about one month ago. It works without problems. So i bought next TBP12 for my second guitar, but this new transmitter does not works. When I turned my new transmitter on (old transmitter is off) , on the TBP12 lights both led diods correctly (batteries and audio signal), but reciever signals "no signal, high interference" (three red diods) - but only on channel 1 and 12 - other channels (2-11) are absolutelly "dead" (no lightning diods).

I tryed change this TBP12 in shop - they gave me a new one, but with this next new TBP12 was the same problem...

Can you help me?!

PS: sorry for my bad english...

    Re: Problem with TBP12

You need to switch the new transmitter to "RF1" mode.  There are instructions in the "documents" page.

Hi, I may be crazy but when I read that document (link below) it tells us how to look up the current setting but not specifically which button sequience to push to actually switch between RF1 and RF2. Also I am not clear if I have to change anything on the V75 receiver after I make this change on the TBP12 transmitter.

If someone has the answer please let me know. I do not have the equipment with me until tonight and I need to switch all to RF1 as soon as I get there.

      Thank you,

      -Bob

You are trying to make it too hard

To Set The THH12 Or TBP12 Transmitters (Including Relay G50/90):

        1. Enter Setup mode to display the current channel
        2. While holding down the SELECT button, press and release the ON/MUTE button on the THH12 or VALUE button on the TBP12, then release the SELECT button.

The receivers automatically switch over (if necessary)
