M9 Midi out

Was the M9 ever updated to have a proper midi out implementation?

 

I am currently using a HD500, for the only reason that it has a working midi out. Would love to move to the small footprint of the M9 , but midi out/through is a must.

 

Just curious if they ever corrected/added this........
