Registration of UX1 tone port ( Error: 523)

I have a toneport UX1, I brought and used it years ago then lost my laptop so stored the UX1 in the loft. I now have a imac and I'm trying to register the product but Error: 523 keeps popping up

 

I would appretiate any help available.
