Hi,

I've been unsuccessfully trying to update the flash on my Pod HD Desktop using Monkey.

I have tried the following:

• every USB port on my laptop
• every flash update version (I'm currently on 1.33 and I'm trying to get to 2.10.
• tried both the regular update and the "update from file" option in Monkey

When ever I attempt the update I get the message "Pod HD update failed. (Code 80007211) Firmware update timed out waiting for response from the device. Try the update again making sure the cables are still connected". See the picture attached.

If I turn off the Pod and back on again it just comes back to normal.

However everything else works fine, I can record via the Pod into my computer, I can change patches via Line 6 Edit etc etc.

Any help would be greatly apreciated.
