KB37 Drivers not installing / Vista x64

Hello,

I'm having trouble getting my KB37 to work on my computer. Its worked before on this computer.

When gearbox gets to the USB install part, when i plug the KB37 the windows installation says

Failed.

Device driver was not successfully installed.

Its worked on this computer before. Let me know what I can do to figure this out. Thanks!

I tried to update drivers on Line 6 Monkey, but when it gets to the 'connect device via usb' the computer still doesn't detect the KB37. I NEED HELP!!

  Line 6 Monkey shows Driver not installed, but I've installed the latest version 4.2.5.4

    this is a screenshot of what i see from the kb37. the kb37 worked fine on my friends laptop and its worked on my computer in the past. i've tried every usb port. need help asap!

      WORST TECHNICAL SUPPORT EVER. IM NEVER GOING TO BUY ANOTHER LINE 6 PRODUCT AGAIN.
      
      how do i uninstall everything from line 6?

Line6 does not monitor these forums for support.

Have you tried installing the driver outside of Monkey?

You can unistall everything with the unistall tool in the Line6 folder.
