i can't activate my purchase(RIFFWORK V2.5)

my ACC NAME:blindmelon1977

 

i bought RIFFWORK online

and got the license CODE

when i run the line 6 monkey

(OFF MY ANTI-VIRUS ALREADY)

KEY THE LICENSE CODE IN

AND SYSTEM SHOW ME THE ERROR CODE 80003020

 

PLEASE HELP ME SLOVE THE PROBLEM!
