Floor Pod- error code?

I plug in the power supply to the unit and everything flashes quickly then goes out.  If I hold the dist and mod buttons and plug in the power, the display sequences a 13, 01, 00, then E0. E0 stays lit until the power is unplugged.  The power supply is not the problem, I checked the voltage and it is good.

You were reading the firmware version; however one thing that's not clear yet is... when you simply just power on the unit and play guitar through it, does it function correctly? Is the audio quality behaving correctly?

Or did your first sentence mean that powering up the unit causes LED indicators to illuminate and then the unit completely powers off and no audio is processed/passed?

            wrknkm,

You can try resetting the Floor POD by the following procedure:

Hold MOD and DELAY while powering up. When “01” appears, disconnect power. Power up again.

If the problem persists, you will need to take the Floor POD to an authorized service center:

I had exactly the same problem with mine. I occasionally get error message E1 and no audio. I took mine to a service center and he recommended trashing the unit as it is cheaper to buy a new one than have it repaired.

    Re: Floor Pod- error code?

Anybody figured this out for real (trashing the unit is not a great answer). I have the same exact symptoms: I plug in the power supply to the unit and everything flashes quickly then goes out.  If I hold the dist and mod buttons and plug in the power, the display sequences a 13, 01, 00, then E0. E0 stays lit until the power is unplugged.  The power supply is not the problem, I checked the voltage and it is good.    I would think this has happened on other units and the Line 6 folks have an idea of what is going on....maybe it is a trash, maybe it is something simple......Thanks, Rich
