Hi! Im having these weird sounds coming from my Pod 2.0. When I turn it on, it starts to swish or something. I dont really know the word, but something like swish. Turning the volume down doesnt help it at all. It overrides the Pod 2.0 sounds. I hope you can help me with this cause I really like Line 6 products and I would like to make it work again.
Sincerely
Tuukka Kolkka
I'd suggest doing a reset of the unit...this might clear it up....
I looked through the online manual in reference to doing a reset..and can not find the process,,,,
Check on your manual...it should be there,,,
Ok I tried the reset thingy. It helped a little but didnt fix it. Could it be a electrical problem?
does the noise come through your headphones?
Yes. And it comes too when i play on amp and put my headphones to it. I have tried other headphones too with the same result. Btw now i lost the sound from the left headphone, but I still hear the swish from it.
Hello Tuukka,
After reading through this thread and seeing what has been attempted, the only solution to your problem would be to get the unit serviced. You'll want to contact:

Ok. I ordered my pod from thomann so should I send it back to there? Or straight to Line6?
if it's a brand new unit, then send it back to thomann (contact them first to arrange the return) and they should exchange it. if it's not brand new (i.e. it worked when you got it and has developed this fault) then it needs to go to an authorised Line6 service center to be repaired. the repair will be free if it's under warranty (you'll need proof of purchase) or if it's out of warranty you will have to pay for the repair.
Ok it worked when I got it, but after a few weeks it started doing this. So then I send it back straight to Line6 with the recipe?
line6 service centers are not owned by line6, they're usually other companies who can service hardware for many manufacturers, but they're line6 approved and can get the parts from line6. the address and contact details for your local center are posted a few replies up this thread. contact them directly and they will help you to get it fixed.
Ok. Thanks a lot
I sent mail to the address.
