Problems downloading Line 6 Edit

i can download 75-93% of line6edit before it stops. i cannot get it to complete the download. what do i do??

Are you on a satellite network?

  No Not on satellite. have tried 6 times and either get 75% or 93%. the log in my download manager program (free download manager) says either "conection with server terminated" or "File size was changed on server!". If i try to download normally using Internet explorer it just wont download at all
  
  ....never had this problem before so im confident its not my connection.
  
  Can Line 6 please put up a different link to line 6 Edit V3.02

      If you can´t download this one either? Then I suspect you are have issues with Permissions, make sure you are logged on as Administrator to avoid this issue!

I selected to update my Line 6 Edit from 3.01 to 3.04 and when I did it now says 3.04.1a and the operation is very slow to connect and to save a patch to my PODxt Live. The Line 6 Edit that I run still say PODxt Live v3.01 connected. How do I get the Line 6 Edit and the PODxt Live to sync again. It worked great before I updated.
