backtrack + mic playback

my backtrack will not playback (light is flashing green).

Hello,

How exactly are you trying to monitor your sound? Do you have headphones plugged into the BT? Are you outputting it to speakers or a mixer?

Hello,

Have you tried performing a hard reset? If no then give that a try. Let me know if that works.

If the hard reset did not work then the unit may be broken. How long have you had it? Where did you purchase it from? Thanks.

Hello,

The BT devices have a 90 day warranty but I'd still call our UK service team anyway to see if there is anything they would be willing to do for you. They are usually very helpful. Below is their contact information.

  Same thing here, I just gut mine and doesn't play at all, i boght it last november 31 on guitarcenter.com and just received it today, the thing is that I am In Mexico, PLEASE HELP
