M9 Problem

I registered my new Line 6 M9 on line.
I downloaded the Line 6 Monkey (version 1.31)
I tried to upload the M9 update (2.01) - and I made sure the MIDI drivers were working on my interface and that the MIDI cables were plugged in correctly.
I logged into my account on Line 6 Monkey and attempted to upload the M9 update.
However, it comes up with a dialogue box that I have not registered my M9?? This of course means that I cannot have the M9 update.
I repeated the steps carefully only to arrive at the same conclusion.
Please find attached a screen shot of the failure dialogue box
WHAT'S GOING ON LINE 6? Please can you help me or point me in the right direction.
