USB Firmware connection problem

How can I update my USB firmware to 1.01, The monkey log says,, 

 

Device: TonePort UX1
Attributes:
   Using Forced Connection
   Supports Add-ons
   Has ESN
USB Connection Info: None
MIDI Connection Info: None
ESN: 00000000
USB Firmware Version: 0.00
Comm Error: (Code 00000000) Success.

    Hello,

       

      Can you describe to me exactly in layman's terms what is actually happening?

       

      Are you saying that when you connect your TonePort device to Line 6 Monkey that Monkey does not recognize it?

       

      Have you installed drivers for your TonePort?

       

      What kind of computer are you running on? What version operating system do you have installed?

       

      Do you have other devices connected to your computer?
