Error in reactivating

On trying to reactivate my add-ons (after having to reinstall my software) I get the following:

"There was an error in determining which Add-ons you have installed (Code 80007506) The asset table in the hardward is corrupt"

Any ideas?

Fun. I just got the same error. POD Farm stand alone loads, but all my expansion packs are missing from it. And the plug-in is no longer working in Sonar 8.5. Everything was working perfectly last night...didn't do or change or install anything new...and today it doesn't work. Did you find out what was wrong?

    RE: Error in reactivating

    Hi,

We'll need some more info about your situation:

Reinstall software... on the same computer? If so:

      1. Computer hardware specs

      2. Operating System version (did you reformat and reinstall a fresh copy?)

      3. Did you try disconnecting the GX and connecting to a different USB port? Then try the Monkey authorization?

      4. Did you try a different USB cable, just to be safe?

      5. What USB driver is installed? What other Line 6 software (version) was installed?

I think the answer lies in a combination of #5 and #3. The Error code you typed usually indicates a bad USB port connection or in a few cases the cable. Please make sure you have the latest USB driver installed along with Monkey and try ALL direct USB ports on your computer next. Let us know what you find.

      Regards,

      L6Perry
