USB connection problem

I tried all the suguestions on the troubleshooting page and the gearbox still said that the usb cable is not connected. Tried different hubs, 3 different usb ports, installed all software and drivers on another pc and it still doesn't reconize the usb.
About ready to take it back to the store and get my money back. Can anyone help before I do? thanks, Dale

Can oyu please tell us what product you are referring to?
Also, have you launched Line 6 Monkey and tried installing drivers for your device?
