Exiting tuner mode switches output settings

Hi,

when exiting tuner mode on my POD X3 with FW 1.21, it changes the output settings from "combo pwramp mode" to "match studio/direct mode" which is quite annoying.

Do you have a workaround/fix for that?

FWIW, I can't duplicate this with my X3 Live.

Hi,

I wasn't able to duplicate this either. You should try a reinstall of the USB Firmware and Flash Memory. First, backup your patches; we recommend that you don't keep existing patches and install the factory ones for a true reset.

See if that helps and let us know.

  Thanks for your replies,
  meanwhile I found the following solution:
  This behavior was caused by plugged in headphones.
  
  When plugging in the headphones, the mode switches automatically to "studio mix", which absolutely makes sense.
  Without headphones, the "output mode" is not changed when exiting tuner mode and everything is fine.

    That is strange, I did try it with headphones and did not get the same results.
