Pod Farm not working in Cubase 5 or Logic 9

Havng issue loading Pod Farm as plug in in either Cubase 5 (running ver 5.1) and Logic 9 (latest version as well). It appears that either host application does not see the attached Toneport device to authenticate. Both applications lockup with the spinning wheel. Only resolution is to disconnect the Toneport at which point the app reports that no device is attached. I have had this problem every time I update my Pod Farm software...Is there a sequence to re-authenticating the attached hardware or is there a way to migrate to Ilok? I own an Ilok, so it would actually be better for me if I could use that for authorization.
Thanks,
Mark Allen
Hi,
What is your Mac OSX version level? If you're running Snow Leopard (10.6.x), the issue may very well originate in the fact that our software releases currently are not supported in this recent OS release yet.
However, this may not be the case. But we don't know what your computer environment version is yet. Please let us know.
