POD X3 new, serial already used...

Hi,
I just tried to register my new POD serial 21X3B1s5832003964 , but your system says it as already been entered by previous user. The shop told me that it was new, just box opened...
And I can't get any sound of my pod!!!
Please help!

It was probably a returned unit, why else would if be registered (and not working)? I would try to take it back instead of trying to fix it yourself.
