My XDT4 does not function with a battery.I have registered my XDS-Plus and I have my original receipt (3/09). I have went to the troubleshooting guide and it said

The following is a list of symptoms in which your Digital Wireless device must be serviced for repair:

Symptom: My X2 transmitter does not power up with a 9v battery.

  I have contacted authorized repair shops and they do not have a clue as to what my product is, or they want $60 upfront. What do I need to do, because all they will do is get a new transmitter. How do I get this replaced? Do I need a voucher from you guys or can you send me a replacement.
