i forgot my email password,deleted it. finally wanted to get back to my line 6 pod xt live and now i cant register it under a different user name cuz i cant remember my password to the old line 6 account. Help!

when i click on the link you sent my email and on the reply you already sent me, the ticket is non existent. As in there is no support ticket to view

hmmmm. so maybe somethings wrong with my computer cuz when i click the support ticket link its blank. how long doe it stay open for? and do i need a specific update for a program, like java maybe?

I am logged in when i click them and still the page has the "view tickets,ID,request detail,Status, and updated. The rest is blank
