Cannot Register MY POD X3 Previous Owner still has it Registered.

Hi there. Sure you have heard it all before. Bought a line 6 POD X3 from Long and McQuade in Edmonton Alberta. Cannot track down previous owner. I have a PDF of a reprint of my original sales reciept. Printed of at Long and McQuade Grande Prairie, Alberta.
If someone could get in touch with me so i can get this straightened out sooner the nlater thatd be awesome. Thanks.

You need Line 6 tech support to help you out - it's a common situation and easily resolved. Good that you have a copy of your receipt; they'll want that info.

Just logged on to my support ticket to upload my rcpt and it doesnt appear to be there?
Does it have to be open where i waitied too long perhaps?
