Re-flashing POD XT and Variax Bass ?

Am I able to re-flash my Variax 4 string bass via the Pod XT? What cables are necessary to do this? I am a mac user.

You will need a Variax input jack on the POD XT and a Line 6 VDI cable (or a standard Ethernet J45 cable in a pinch) to do this. The POD XT Live has the Variax connection; the XT Bean does not.
