  i'm having trouble with factory setting i cant seem to get it done.

  Use Line 6 Monkey!

   

  Then you can Reflash your Firmware!

   

  Then In Monkey again! You can re-install the Presets that orriginaly came with the Pod XT, using the Restore Tab and the Bundle linked below!
