Need repair ticket for XDS95

My XDS95 experiences a distorted output after about 15-20 min of use. If i re-power the unit or simply change channels it functions properly for another 15-20 minutes. The receiver is powered on a pedal board with dedicated power of 9v 100mA. The transmitter is powered by either rechargable 9v or regular duracell alkaline. It happens with either battery. I have tried several options such as removing receiver from the board, and have also replaced a cable that was sent by you guys a couple months ago. (thanks by the way. great customer support). I am only about 6 feet from the receiver when i play. If you have any suggestions on what else i can do to troubleshoot, would be willing to try that otherwise please advise if warrantee service is needed.
