AUX input on floor pod plus

Connected mp3 player to aux input using stereo jack; comes through rt channel only of headphones - is this expected? Uncomfortable listening to anything through only one channel of a headphones. Any advice? Thanks. N.

    No, you should hear both left and right channels. Check that the cable is inserted properly to both the mp3 player and the POD. Also, check that the cable isn't faulty.

      Thanks for the reply. Yes. Tried multiple sources and multiple cables. Still only get one channel through headphones, although the guitar input comes through both channels. Maybe it's a job for the people who take the back off things.
