Change your patch on the Spider 3?

Is there a way to change the patch on a Spider 3 amp without using the buttons on the amp? I remember using an FBV4 with an ethernet cord to my amp and it didn't acknowledge it. I'd love to find a way. Thanks for any help!

Hey,
Do you mean changing channels and banks? If so I use FBV Shortboard Mk1 with my spider 3 150w and have no problems. You get a choice of four channels and 9 banks. Line 6 has a wide range of foot controllers that are compatible with your Spider 3. http://line6.com/footcontrollers/
