Hi...i believe I am still under warranty...hope so anyhow...the place where I plug the power source into snapped into the unit...can anyone help? Thanks so much, Jeff
so it's the plug from the power supply that's snapped off. is that correct?
what I would say is that if it's under 1 year old and you have the original proof of purchase when it was bought new (less than 12 months ago) then you are entitled to send it to a service center and have them check it over and if it's a manufacturing fault it will be fixed. if it's found to be misuse then you would have to pay for the repair. so, just ensure that you've never stood on the power cable, or anything like that which may have caused the issue. if you have then it may be worth your while to just buy a new power supply which are only around £20 (as with the warranty it's up to you to take it to or ship it to the service center, which may cost you some cash anyway), and to get the plug out, get a pencil with a tiny dab of super glue on the tip stick it to the plug, and wait a min for it to dry, then pull it out. be careful with the glue though.
here's how to find a service center: http://line6.com/service_centers/ and you can just contact them directly.
Hello,
If your POD is still under warranty please contact your local service center to arrange a repair. Please make sure to provide the service center with a copy of the original sales receipt.

Hi and thank you for the responses...I see i am just outside the year and a half window...I took off the top of the unit and see how weak the plug is in fact put there...i merely tried to plug it in in a normal way...the platic is very thin and cheap...may I suggest that you use something stronger, perhaps metal, there so that future models for other coustomers don't have the same problem. i would imagine this would only cost a few cents and save alot of hassle...but thanks for getting back to me...
