Which is driver version 5.10.0.5134. http://www.m-audio.com/products/en_us/FastTrackPro.html. Both versions use the same driver, but the later release fixed software bugs in the software that runs along with the driver. It is basically just a sys tray icon. If I misunderstood what you meant by driver please correct me. I wasn't sure when you said Avid drivers. I understand about the ASIO4all, but prior to purchasing the RiffWorks software I confirmed my device was listed. http://www.sonomawireworks.com/guide/index.php/Recommended_Hardware I was shocked to find I even needed ASIO4All. It has also come to light I might be facing a problem that can't be resolved but I will let you be the judge of that. I double checked myself and my sample rate is 44.1khz, my buffer size is 256. Attached is my log. -----Original Message----- From: SWW Support [mailto:support@sonomawireworks.com] Sent: Tuesday, January 25, 2011 9:46 PM To: XXXXXXXXXXXX Subject: Re: RiffWorks Support Hello XXXXXXX, It looks like RiffWorks is not working with the new Avid drivers. We are in contact with them trying to find a solution. You could try a legacy driver from their website. We don't officially support ASIO4all because it can be very inconsistant. However, the solution that worked for some of our customers was to open up the ASIO4all config and make sure only the hardware your going to use is enabled. Past that, just latency settings are left for adjusting. You may have to play around with those a bit for best results. The other thing to note that if the it referred to sample rate it should be 44.1kHz. The 256 is the buffer size. Also can you send me your RiffWorks log file? You can find it in Documents - Sonoma Wire Works - Logs. Please send it as an attachment. -Jason On Sun, Jan 23, 2011 at 9:09 AM, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX wrote: > Thanks so much Peter.
