JTV-69: My nightmare, string falls off the fretboard (high E-string)

Hello,
I have now my 3rd JTV-69 (W1203XXXX serial) new from line 6 Europe as a replacement, but the guitar still has problems:
It looks like that it wasn't sanded too much. But nut seems to be too far at the bottom end.
The web is full of problems with high E-string slippage:https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&source=hp&biw=&bih=&q=jtv+69+high+e+slippage&btnG=Google+Search&gbv=2
Does someone have a JTV-69 guitar without the high E-slippage (which serials) or is this caused by the very small nut and high string spacing by design ?
Is there any chance that I get a neck without the high E-slippage or should I go for a replacement neck ?
I play guitar for ~25 year so playing style can't be a problem. I own 7 guitars, non of them has such problems.
I feel like a QA (quality assurance) person at line6.
Pics attached.
For references all JTV-69 problems so far below:
Thank you
Wiesl

I was planning to order a JTV-69 from Thomann this month, but now I am thinking of it again...
I don't want to be in a similar position....how unfortunate ![]()
Hi. it's best if you order from a place that will take returns if something is defective with your guitar. If it has a warranty I'm sure you can always bug line 6 via support ticket about it too.
