I just decided to try the HD500 to record some vocals, however when I use the MIC IN it does not produce a sound. When i plug the mic into the guitar input it works, but when i use the XLR mic in// it doesn't produce any sounds. Is there something I'm not noticing that needs to be adjusted or turned on? Seems like a dumb question but I'm wondering now if maybe my unit is defective.
