Before taking it to a service center, you can try resetting the POD to see if it will clear up the problem:

Press and hold the UP and DOWN arrow buttons on the POD as you power it on.

If the POD continues to have issues, you will need to take it to an authorized service center for repair:

Hello,

If it's just a simple swap out of the input jack then it should not cost too much. You should contact your local distributor to see what they can do for you.
