Pod Farm plugin not saving tones after closing DAW?

Ok, so I am using my X3 as the dongle for Pod Farm, and I use the Pod Farm AU plugin in Reaper on my Mac. I have my current tone saved as a preset, but the problem is EVERY TIME I close Reaper and reopen it, the tone on that Pod Farm plugin resets, so on EVERY GUITAR TRACK I have to select my preset tone EACH TIME I open the DAW. This should not have to happen, surely I'm missing something?
Thanks for any and all help guys.
Also, I just realized the 1.11 update was supposed to fix this (or at least it was supposed to fix the issue that it would reset to default tone when a dongle was not connected), but I also just realized I HAVE been using 1.11 and it is doing it still...
What version of Reaper? Try posting this question at the Reaper forums. I never had this problem but I recall overseeing some threads about some versions doing this.
i have the exact smae problem using ux1 and garageband! Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Hello,
I'll really need some more information here, namely:
What Line 6 device?
What version of Reaper?
What version operating system?

UX1
safari 10.5.7
garageband 09 vs 5.0.2
Sorry, i failed to mention that i'm using the ux1 as a dongle only and I use a presonus firepod for input and output.
Thanks
I stated already that it's version 1.11 of Pod Farm and the device used as a dongle is the X3.
I'm using Reaper 3.05, and my interface is a MOTU Ultralite mk3 (that doesn't really make a difference though).
Thanks for any help
Why does this thread show as being answered???
Am I missing something?
This thread definitely was NOT answered.
My OS is Leopard 10.5.7
Hi,
What OS? That will most likely make a difference. Once I have that I'll set it up and try to repro.

do i need to open up a separate post? do you need any other info from me?
I apologize if i have not followed the appropriate protocol as i am not a frequent user of forms.
It is a major inconveinence to have to reload all the settings each time I open up garage band.
Please let me know what I need to do to get assistance with this issue.

Why ask for configurations etc if your just going to ignore our concerns?
Exactly, hello?? Need some answers, staff. Thanks.
Bump. Need this resolved.
Hello,
If you're using Reaper 3.05 on your Mac then that is a beta version so we can't officially support POD Farm's behavior within that app. I was able top reproduce the issue so I'll let our QA department know about it though. The workaround for this at least for now, is to save your patches so you can recall them upon relaunching Reaper.
In regards to Garageband, I will try to reproduce the issue within that DAW as well.
