Java for L6 Software?

Hey guys. I bought a new computer and when I was installing the programs I remembered that we should use Java 1.5 to avoid problems with Line 6's softwares.
Is this still happening or are we able to download the latest Java version?
Do a search for jbuster- a small app that gets around the issue and lets you use other versions of Java.
Hi,
Actually that was specific to using Line 6 Edit. It should work at this point. Still, I only see a POD X3 on your account, which is not compatible with Edit. For that you can download and use GearBox 3.7, free from www.line6.com/software.
Thanks

Thank you so much, Line6Sach.
I had a XT Live and at that time we shouldn't install no further Java than the 1.5 version. Then I got my X3 Live and didn't knew that the problem was only with the Line6Edit (which I only used with the XT Live).
Thanks for clearing the doubt.
