No sound, no connection, nothing... =/

I am using the UX2. I had this installed a while back on my pc, but due to a virus, I had to re-install windows vista. This was a few months back and I have just got round to re-installing the UX2.

 

I have installed gearbox and gearbox monkey, then updated everything so that I have the green ticks next to all components.

 

I then opened gearbox to try it out and I am getting no response on my UX2. When I try and do anything I get an error message saying (Code 8000740D) Cannot access hardware device.

 

Anyone know what I might have done wrong? I dont know what other settings to show you, but please ask for them and I will supply them.

    Hello,

    Based on that message I am assuming you are trying to access GuitarPort Online? I just checked your account and it looks like your GPO account has been canceled.

     

    You can easily resubscribe by launching Gearbox and clicking on the GuiatrPort Online button and then on "Try it for Free".

     

    In regards to you not getting any sound, how do you have the device physically connected to your computer?
