sound disordered Guitarport UX2 Vista

I have windows vista and Guitarport UX2. it worked fine but when i reinstalled my system from windows 7 64bit to vista 32bit the sound is all a mess and I have updated my UX2 driver's

but still no luck any help would be greatly appreciated
