How to you convert a music file to import into Spider Jam for playback?

Just got a Spider Jam and am trying to use the import via an SD card and playback function. I can't to it because it keeps telling me the wave file needs to be 16 bit 44100 Hz to work. How can I convert the file to the parameters so I can use it in the Spider Jam? Thanks for the help!

I use this to convert to proper format Switch Sound File Converter....http://www.nch.com.au/switch/ Fairly simple to set up and use
