Line 6 DL4 not working

im using a DL4 stomp box and have had it for just over a year now.

all of a sudden it stopped working.

all four lights flashed as if the batteries had gone (im using a line 6 power supply for it) and then it stopped working

i have tried batteries and other power supplies and it just wont work any more.

what should i do now?

  hey, sorry about the late reply to this, been away.
  
  the factory reset didnt work. the pedal isnt responding to anything. it doesnt turn on at all.
  could you please send me the link for sending it off to be repared again as the one in the previous post isnt working.
  
  im a UK resident, is there a place in the UK to send it too?
