Hello,

I have downloaded Riffworks Standard v2.5 from your Line 6 site today and paid $129 for a license key.  However, activation just will not work.  I am not using Line6 Monkey to activate because I know that will not work with this software.

I have registered with Sonama Wire Works, and when I open Riffworks it asks for username, password and code.  However, entering these details does not get the software activated.  The username and password are from registering with Sonama and the code is from your store.

Please do not say reinstall software or download it again from from Sonama wireworks - none of these things work, and I'm sure you are aware of this issue looking around other similar messages on these forums.

If you have no other suggestions to resolve this then please refund my payment and delete the license key I paid for.

I look forward to seeing how good your customer service is before I start complaining!
