    Hi,

Your account indicates that you have a single registered device: a TonePort UX1 which was registered back in December of 2007.

You purchased a POD Farm Plug-In license on January 12, 2009. Initially it was installed into your UX1 device.

Then, on April 27th the license was removed off the UX1 and transferred into a TonePort UX2 that is registered to someone else. Does this accurately trace the history of your license key purchase and installation?

(You'll need to have the UX2 physically connected to your computer to use the Plug-In authorization, because the license in inside that device, not your registered UX1).

      Regards,

      L6Perry

      Hello,

What version of Cubase are you using?  What is the OS you are using?  Did you try working with another DAW or computer to see if that works?

Please let us know if you need further assistance, or close out the ticket as “answered” if your situation has been resolved.

maybe you just need to put the vst pluigin in the right folder - Steinberg or Cubase VST Plugin folder - or whatever has been defined as valid Plugin folder in the Cubase software.

I recognised that per default the POD farm is installed into a place where it did not make sence for me (also a Cubase user)
