DL4 loops gradually fading

Hi, I've been having problems with the loops fading after they've been sampled.  Any suggestions?  Should i reset it?

    You should definitely try resetting the DL4 as i've left mine looping overnight and it still worked great:

       

      Hold the outer 2 buttons (A and TAP TEMPO) as you power on the DL4 (Plug in the 1/4" jack in the left/mono input).

       

      If the problem persists, you will need to take it to an authorized service center:
