DL4 CAN'T RECORD

Hi There

 

Bought a Line 6 DL4 unit yeaterday but I can't get it to record as per the manual, e.g. select loop smapler, press first button , light comes on. But on mine following this nothing happens not even a light.  Any help would be useful

    Hi,

       

      You should try a factory reset next if you haven't done so already. The way to do this would be: hold down the Left-most and Right-most switches down with the power off. Continue holding the two switches and supply power to DL4. The LED's should cycle from left-to-right-back to left.

       

      With the model select knob in Loop Sampler, are you able to record a loop?

      P.S. Did you purchase this unit new from a store in the UK?
