Hello
ALTHO I have been a fan of line 6 for years now
( I have owned pod 2.0 , pod xt live , pod pocket , pod x3 live , pod ux 2 and i have adviced friends to use line 6 stuff ! )
Altho i think line6 is the major guitar brand of 2000'
I DESPERATELY need to know if u are going to put some damn tracking effects on pod x3
I need some harmonizer effect with my new project , so from now on , im thinking about switching to boss gear
i think boss is great but do NOT let me do this
i really want to keep on using line 6 but if i have to i will switch to boss -.-
i really need to know if ur trying to implement the modulation and pitch shifter stuff on the pod x3 live
its so retarded to be in 2010 and still not have a decent harmonizer like gt3 or even better gt 8 )
keep up the good work
deepest respect
This has already been discussed at great length in this forum. If you do a search, you'll turn up a bunch of threads.
But the short answer is: no.
if you have an amp you are happy with get the M13.... it has what you need i believe.
boss gt3 had a decent harmonizer on a chipset that is almost 10 year old !
could you at least make a model for the tonecore with exp pedal plug ?
or something similar
Hi,
At this point in time the products we have available with pitch shifting algorithms are:
M13, M9 and the Spider IV amplifier.
I'm not aware of any plans to incorporate this effect into any future releases at this point in time, other than the existing products we currently offer for sale to the end users as mentioned above.

I have nothing to add to this thread, but I love the contrast between these two statements in the original post:
