Since you're writing from Sweden, I suppose the answer depends on the country of origin. There is a fuse internally that should be verified for your country's power requirements. If it is a 1A fuse, then this is from the U.S. and will need to be changed to 2A for Euro requirements. If the unit in question already has a 2A fuse, then you're OK.
It isn't customer/user friendly in terms of servicing (it's soldered), so be sure to have a qualified repair technician perform the change, if required.

The Echo Pro uses a standard IEC power connection, so that should not be a problem. If you need to change the unit from American power to Euro power you will need to take the unit to an authorized service center to have the unit's fuse changed out to accommodate the new voltage.
