Problems with Vyzex Editor.

I am having problems with Vyzen Editor. When I open it load, and then the screen turns white. Earlier today it was working fine but then all of the sudden it stopped working. However, when I used it this morning after I loaded a few presets it started crashing. This happened many times. Also, I just got it today today.

I just downloaded it today and the thing won't open! I just got my pocket pod this morning.
anybody...anybody?
It has the task bar at the top of the desktop but it is not responding. It just keeps running its
death wheel.
I have a:
iMac os x 10.6.2 snow leopard

  When I go to open it, a white box briefly flashes on the desktop then disappears.
  Its like it is not responding or something?
  Any help would be appreciated.

    Have you named your installation drive anything unusual?
    
    Secondly, have you tried re-installing the program?

    Glad to hear you are back in business - Let us know if the problem happens again.
    
    If you find the program loses contact with your PocketPOD in the middle of a session (and the PocketPOD stops responding to edits), you should try another USB port and restart the program: Not all USB ports are created equal, especially with regards to PocketPOD.
