The real issue here is that L6T files created in gearbox are for PODxt and later technologies, and not for the POD 2.0 platform. Think of it like this: Imagine you had some favorite Wii games and you wanted to play them on your N64 - How feasible would it be to convert them?
Even if we put the time into creating a parameter conversion system for the Vyzex Pocket POD editor to import PODxt and later L6T format files, these newer tones simply would not fit into the older platform with its comparatively limited architecture (just like a Wii game and the old N64). At the end of the day, the import routines would have to discard settings that had no matching parameter on Pocket POD and the final result would be a crippled tone that sounded nothing like the original. I don't think anyone would be happy with that.
If you have a gearbox tone you like, I recommend you load it on gearbox while you have the Vyzex editor open and visually copy the settings that match as best you can - Season this to suit your tastes while auditioning the sound on your PocketPOD and there you go.
