DL4 B & D blinking, not working

Just got one of these.  After a day of use the pedal started buzzing whenever I'd step on the carpet near it.  I was in Looper mode when it stopped responding to my commands.  Now the B and D switches blink when I press any button except B. Pressing A, C, or D will stop and start the two from blinking.  I've tried resetting it using the A & D reset thing, but no luck.

 

Any help greatly appreciated.  And I bought it from a friend so I assume it's out of warranty.

    If the problem persists after resetting the pedal, there is a hardware issue that needs to be addressed by an authorized service center:

      Make sure that the DL4 is being powered by either just batteries or just a power supply.  Also, make sure that you are using the PX-2 power supply with the pedal.  The only third-party power supply we support is the Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 2 Plus.
