Dear Line 6,

I have purchased the triple pack. I have activated and already did the refresh thing in Monkey. I get no sound if I chose a preset from Gold bundle ---> Metal Shop.

However, If I customize an existing older sound with some of the new stuff that the triple pack has added (ie Some new distortion plugins) I do get sound out of gearbox.

What should I do to be able to use the new presets?
