  "Better" is in the ears of the beholder. Personally, I like the sound of V30's but that may not necessarily be the sound you are after.

  Those 10" speakers were custom made for us as a flat response speaker.  Unfortunately, we do not have replacements for those, nor do we have information on who does sell a 10" flat response speaker.

  You should check out Celestion's or Jensen's websites to check out which of their 10" speakers may work best for you.
